An engineer turned chef that turned back into an engineer. Not as crazy as it sounds. I am a proud Cymro, born on an RAF base, living in Cyprus with a lovely Cornish-Cypriot. Whose mother makes the best cornish pasties (bar Barnecutts) I have eaten.
